Following the teaching of Jesus Christ, congregations of the Light of the World from the Northeastern region of Mexico gathered on August 7, 2025, at CINTERMEX Convention Center in Monterrey to participate of the Holy Supper.
Invited by the Apostle of Jesus Christ Naason Joaquin Garcia, those attending the Holy Supper arrived at the venue early in the day. As the hour drew near to begin the religious service, the attendees sang hymns, and the state choirs performed worship songs alluding to the sacred memorial. In unison, they awaited to partake of the bread and the wine, according to the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ: “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.” (1 Corinthians 11:26).
The Holy Supper’s special service began at 3:00 p.m. Following the consecration, hymns and prayer, and the reading of the message sent by the Apostle of Jesus Christ Naason Joaquin Garcia, the pastors and deacons, with the Apostolic authority, proceeded to distribute the bread and the wine to those present.
The Holy Supper is an expression of faith and communion. Through it, the faithful reaffirmed their commitment to God, strengthened their unity as the body of Christ, and remembered the Lord’s redeeming work. Thousands of souls united in Monterrey in one sentiment, giving testimony to the grace they have received.
Brothers and sisters had previously been working with much commitment and dedication to prepare the venue. The organization, maintenance, and coordination of spaces all reflected a spirit of order and disposition with which the people of God lived their festivity. Baptisms, doctrinal topics, and bible studies for the youth were all held during the celebration.
